100% compensation claim for tragic Scottish accident
The widows of two men who died in a 2007 tugboat work accident on the Scottish River Clyde have launched a claim for 100% compensation. Personal injury solicitors have named the Danish company responsible for operating the tugboat and the Marine Accident Investigation Board (MAIB) as the liable parties in the work accident claim. The two widows have said they are "bitterly angry" that a number of recommendations made by the body that investigated incident are still yet to be implemented. It was recently announced that a specialist prosecutor is investigating the work accident for the newly formed Crown Office Health and Safety Division.
