Injured man could make accident compensation claim

A pedestrian who was hit by a Stagecoach bus may consider making an accident compensation claim for his personal injuries.

The 30-year-old man suffered serious personal injuries when he was hit by the bus on Carlton Road, Worksop, on Friday morning at around 7am.

The bus accident happened outside the Newcastle Arms and the man was rushed to Bass Hospital where he is believed to have been treated for his road traffic injuries.

Commuters faced severe delays after police closed the road for two hours.

In the future, the pedestrian may consider making an accident compensation claim for the vehicle accident.
