Holidaymakers seek compensation over Turkish resort illnesses

A firm of Manchester-based no win, no fee solicitors is representing the holiday illness claims of a number of UK tourists who developed gastrointestinal infections while holidaying in a Turkish resort.

One no win, no fee solicitor from the firm commented, "This ongoing outbreak does appear very serious indeed with large numbers of British holidaymakers affected. We are receiving reports that the swimming pools are dangerously unclean and general hygiene in resort is poor, several guests report that people are being hospitalised".

The no win, no fee solicitor also had advice for anyone who suffering illness who is currently holidaying the resort. "You should see your GP when you get home and take legal advice from a specialist solicitor," he said.
