Asbestos cancer claim news -

Hundreds in Midlands may have industrial cancers
A long line of asbestos compensation claims are feared and being forecast among workers at a former car manufacturing plant in the Midlands region of the UK. A Yorkshire lawyer has flagged the likelihood of hundreds of cancer cases emerging caused by asbestos as a result of working at the Longbridge plant in Birmingham. He is representing a man who has contracted mesothelioma apparently as a result of working at the plant, and his warning comes after publicity about the death of another man. The second man died aged in his 50s last year and his family are now embarked on a legal battle for justice. The dead man had spent much time fitting suspended ceilings at the Longbridge plant. Industrial illness lawyers believe many large manufacturers may have acted questionably over asbestos at their premises. As a result, it is possible for victims and their families to pursue cases for asbestos compensation claims.
