Cyclist could contact personal injury claim solicitorsA cyclist has been taken to hospital after being hit by a van in Penrith.
The 45-year-old may consider contacting a personal injury claim solicitor after sustaining injuries in the bicycle accident on the 3rd October.
The cyclist was lucky to escape serious personal injuries after colliding with a van in Victoria Road but was taken to Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, as a precaution.
Police say they have arrested four youths aged between 14 and 18 years, from Penrith and Darlington on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm.
In the future, the cyclist may consider contacting a personal injury claim solicitor in order to pursue compensation for the minor injuries he sustained in the collision.
