Road accident casualty could claim whiplash compensation
Police are appealing to witnesses of a serious road accident that left one casualty with minor injuries.
The casualty involved in the car accident may have suffered whiplash and could be considering making a whiplash compensation claim for their personal injury. The crash occurred on the on Runcton Road, Norfolk, at around 1.15pm on the 21st of October. An ambulance arrived at the scene of the motor accident and treated the casualty for minor personal injuries, which may have included whiplash.
Police are now trying to locate the driver of a red Vauxhall Astra, which reportedly left the scene of the crash.
In the future, the casualty may consider making a whiplash compensation claim for the suspected neck injury that they sustained in the crash.
