Car crash compensation news 10/05/2010
Women killed after traffic collision on A39Car crash compensation may be sought by relatives of a woman killed in a traffic collision on the A39, near the junction with Sandford Hill. The traffic collision occurred at 11:40am on Sunday April 25 and involved a Yamaha motorbike and a Landrover which was towing a horsebox. A woman in her 50s, who was travelling as a passenger on the motorbike, was seriously injured in the crash and died later in Musgrove Park Hospital. The driver of the motorcycle was also seriously injured and remains in a stable but serious condition in Frenchay Hospital. Police in Somerset West are appealing for any witnesses to the car accident to help them with their investigations. If the driver of the Landrover is found to be liable for causing the crash, they could face a car crash compensation claim for the personal injuries suffered by the driver of the motorbike and his passenger who was killed.
