Fatal car accident outside HicksteadA car crash claim may be made following a car accident in Hickstead, East Sussex. A 19-year-old passenger was killed and three other people were injured after the driver of the Peugeot the passengers were travelling in lost control on the A23 and hit a tree. Sussex Police said a woman had been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and was later bailed. The other injured passengers included a 16-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, who were both taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. The female driver who died in the incident has not yet been identified. Traffic collision investigators are continuing their inquiries into the incident. Any witnesses to the accident should contact Sussex Police. It has not yet been reported if a car crash claim is likely to be made for the car accident.
