No win, no fee lawyer names Efron in accident writ

Zac Efron, teen heartthrob and star of High School Musical, is facing a car accident claim for an incident that happened nearly three years ago.

According to a car accident claim writ submitted by lawyers representing the claimant, damages are being sought for losses caused by a collision in which Efron is alleged to have rear-ended a taxi, which was in turn propelled forward into the rear of the claimant's vehicle.

Disputes between the three insurance companies involved have meant that the car accident claim has so far failed to be settled amicably, which is why the claimant has now decided to instruct the representation of a no win, no fee lawyer.
