Passenger injured in telegraph pole crashA car accident claim may be made after a car crashed into a telegraph pole in Arbroath on Friday. A foreign-registered Opel Vectra carrying five Lithuanians overturned on the A92 Montrose to Arbroath road near Marywell village after hitting a telegraph pole. One of the passengers, a 31-year-old man, was taken to hospital with personal injuries to his head and leg but was later released after treatment. Following the car crash, the road was blocked for seven hours while emergency response teams worked to clear the wreckage. Police are appealing for witnesses to the car accident to help them with their investigations. It is not yet known if the injured passenger is likely to make a car accident claim for his injuries.
