No win no fee - your route to accident compensation

The majority of personal injury claims made in the UK no longer qualify for Legal Aid. Few people have the financial means to fund a claim for accident compensation themselves. But there are other ways of funding a compensation claim.

How to fund your accident compensation claim
You may have an insurance policy (perhaps as part of your home insurance or car insurance), which covers your legal expenses in the event of making a personal injury claim against another person or company.

Whilst many people do have legal expenses insurance, the majority of accident compensation claims that are made in the UK each year are done on a no win no fee basis (this is also known as a conditional fee agreement).

We can help you make a claim if you have legal expenses insurance. If you don't our personal injury solicitors can work for you on a no win no fee basis. Either way you will not have to pay a penny to us to make your claim.

How does no win no fee work?
Under a no win no fee agreement your solicitor's fees are charged to the other person’s insurance company if you win your case. If you lose your claim your solicitor will effectively write his fees off. You will however be responsible for paying the other side's legal fees, which if your case went to Court, may be considerable. Our customers don't have to worry about this either though.

We ensure our customers are fully protected from these costs too.

We protect you from all costs whatever the outcome of your claim
We offer you a genuinely cost-free, risk-free route to claiming accident compensation. Our solicitors take out insurance on your behalf (which you don't pay for either) which covers all costs if you don't win your claim.
